Voros was the plumber assigned to a home warranty claim I submitted for a water heater. The home warranty company did not provide any updates on this claim that dragged on for a month, but Voros stayed on top of it and kept me informed of progress. When the water heater finally arrived, Voros came out same day!  Everyone from the office and the field guys were professional and very nice. The field techs who installed (in a crawl space!) worked so hard!
